a preorder means the item is made after orders are collected. production starts once the preorder window (1 week) closes, so shipping takes longer than regular stock.

after the preorder window closes, production takes approximately 3-4 weeks. once completed, orders are shipped to us via express shipping (3-5 business days). after we receive the items, we ship them to customers:

• germany: 3-7 business days
• eu: 7-14 business days
• usa: 2-4 weeks

delays may occur due to customs or high demand.

returns are accepted within the eu only and must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. items must be:

• unused
• unworn
• in their original condition
